Our customer support team does not request your password or full KYC documents over chat or email. If you receive such a request, report it immediately. We provide support via secure in-app messaging and email only.

Member login on sepuh mobile

On Android and iOS, you can log into sepuh via the native app or mobile browser. The mobile experience is optimized for slower networks and uses less data than the desktop version. After login, you can enable push notifications to receive withdrawal status updates and deposit confirmations in real time.

If you forget your login credentials, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. We will send you a secure reset link to your registered email within a few minutes. Password reset links expire after one hour for security.

Your account session remains active for up to 30 days on trusted devices. On shared or public devices, always log out manually after you finish. You can also remotely log out all other sessions from your account settings.

Deposit and withdrawal flow after login

Once logged in, navigate to the Deposit section to fund your account. We accept local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet Virtual Account transfers. Each deposit method is linked to your verified KYC identity; deposits from unregistered accounts are not accepted.
